How To Become A Star At Mlm Recruiting

I personally have sponsored over 70 people into my Network Marketing opportunities. How have I done it? What magic words come out of my mouth to make people sign on the dotted line? What if I told you that I am honest, forthcoming, and that transparency is my real secret to the business of MLM Recruiting.

Network Marketing, and the business of bringing people into your opportunity, can make you doubt yourself as a capable human being. I know! I have been in and around the industry for the last decade, and I have seen many people come and go without figuring out the first secret in the game of MLM: how to sponsor people into your company. How frustrating to play a game and not have anyone to play with! So the first thing we want to do is get you some teammates. Take out a pen and piece of paper and let's get to work.

What are 5 life-changing reasons why someone should join your business? Write them down. C'mon, really, write them down. It will help you.

Why is your opportunity of home-based networking and health/wealth/personal growth better than any other opportunity out there? You have to know this and believe this in your heart. When I am talking to people, I honestly feel like I'm giving them the chance of a lifetime.

What burning desire do you have that will carry you across all of the rejection you might face? When I committed to make the UCLA Basketball Team as a walk-on, my chances were 1:15,000. I didn't care. My father had just passed away, making the team was a way for me to stay close to home and still play competitive basketball, and I closed the door to failure and went to work.

You are the key to your Network Marketing venture. Important questions to consider: Do people want to partner with you? Are you trustworthy? Can you teach them? And, most importantly, will you be able to lead them to personal and financial success?

Let's say you are brand new in Network Marketing. Or let's say you've been at it a while and you honestly don't know how to help someone build a network and develop their own method of MLM Recruiting.

I'm going to give you one piece of guidance, and if you'll follow it, it could completely improve the future of your business: go upline. Your sponsor is not a whole lot better than you? Call your sponsor's sponsor. You don't want to be in business with them? Call their sponsor. Keep going upline until you find someone you resonate with, someone who's had some measure of success, and most importantly, someone willing to get on the phone and do 3-ways with your prospects. 3-way calls are the true secret to this business. Why? Because it lets your new contact know they don't have to do it alone. They literally see you not doing it by yourself. You might be a great salesman, you might have the gift of gab, the silver tongue, etc. But that won't replicate. I should know. I brought in 23 distributors in my first four months and then we all just sat there…well, not exactly. My group built to 165 members but it wasn't until I found a millionaire mentor that my group started to explode. I needed to join a new opportunity to find my mentor, charismatic and dynamic Tony Kent, but that is a story for a different day…

There's one last piece of wisdom I'd like to leave you with. Sooner or later, you or your people are going to run out of warm market. When that happens, you can turn to buying leads for MLM recruiting, which we do, but the internet has created a wealth of opportunity for people wanting to excel in MLM.
