How To Build Muscle According To Your Body Type - Learn About The Three Body Types!

There are three basic body types. You belong to one of them and depending on which one of them you are, you need to have a different strategy for muscle building. You need to look no further than this article for an analysis of the three body types and what you need to do in case you are each one of them.

The three body types are the endomorph, the mesomorph, and the ectomorph. In short, the endomorph is short and bulky, the mesomorph is bulky and muscular, and the ectomorph is skinny and lean. Obviously, you are in the best position for muscle building if you are a mesomorph, and it would be most difficult to gain muscle if you are an ectomorph. But let us now look at each one closely.

So, you are an endomorph. You are shorter than average, and have a little bit of excess weight. But you have muscle as well underneath that extra fat. Your goal, therefore, is to get rid of the fat and build the muscle. And the best way to do that would be to follow a strict diet with limited intake of sugars and concentrated fats, and to do intense strength exercises. If you exercise on a regular basis and follow these two rules, you can't help but improve your outlook - less fat and more muscle for you!

Now, let us proceed to the second body type, the mesomorph. If you are a mesomorph, you are built for being a bodybuilder. You are like an young Arnold Schwarzenegger. Good, you have the genetics. Now, what do you do next? Being genetically inclined to build muscle, doesn't mean that the muscle is going to build itself. You would still need to do to the proper intense strength exercises and follow the diet regulations - low sugar and refined fats intake. So, as long as you challenge your body and keep your diet, and of course rest well, very soon you should bulk up and thus fulfill your potential. If things are not working out, however, try adjusting your exercising routine - either add more intensity or allow yourself more rest between exercise sessions. And never give up!

Finally, we have the third body type, the ectomorph. Yes, you guessed right. The ectomorph has it hardest when it comes to muscle building. So what can one do if he is in possession of such a body? Well, in this case pursuing a concentrated strategy of intense resistance training would be essential. You need to challenge your muscles with short sessions using your top weights. You need to tire your muscles off and not let them rest too long. And finally, after your exercising session is over, you need to allow at least a couple of days until the next session, so that your muscles have a chance to rebuild themselves. And then you can hit them again!

So, these were the three body types. Once again, they are the endomorph, the mesomorph, the ectomorph. Your body type determines whether it will be easier or more difficult for you to gain muscle, but I am not going to allow you to use your body type as an excuse for not training. Regardless of your body type, you can build muscle - just look at any bodybuilding competition and you will see representatives from all three body types.

So now, after you know which your body type is, you can start on the way to sculpting the body of your dreams. Good luck!
