Nobody wants to have a giant gut. It's completely unattractive, shows that you're out of shape, and completely kills your self esteem. No fun at all. If you want to get in shape quick, here are some tips that show you how easy it can be.
Many people try to get in shape by doing a million repetitions of a few exercises. While this seems like a great idea at first, it ends up becoming a horrid chore that you dread doing because you won't see quick results.
Any proper workout program requires three elements:
1. Diet
If the D word is a curse word in your vocabulary, don't worry. You don't have to live off of tofu and apples to get fit, you just need to take a few looks at what you eat. If you reduce the amount of fast food that you take in, for example, you'll be making huge steps already. Small changes have a great impact here, and they don't mean that you have to completely stop enjoying chocolate cake, because having that as a requirement would tank most everybody's fitness plans.
2. Muscle Building
Yes, you're going to have to do exercises. We're talking about a few sets of situps and pushups here, not three million jumping jacks. Again, small changes, big impact.
3. Cardio
This step alone will put you far ahead of the rest of the population. Again, you don't have to kill yourself by sprinting for an hour every day. A simple walk around the neighborhood.
