Looking up towards the soffit, siding in this area can become loose or broken here. This is just an invite for birds so it should be quickly fasted tightly back onto the house. The fascia board is another area of decoration that can be damaged due to weather. This is the final area of the house exterior that should be checked on a regular basis.
A homeowner should be able to accomplish the inspection part with minimal effort. This simple act can keep the exterior of a home in good stead and will prevent major problems from cropping up in the future.
