Detoxifying the body can be done in many ways, but the most popular practice is the colon cleanse. This specific form of detox can be very beneficial for ones health, but due to its rising popularity, cleansing of other integral organs such as the liver and kidneys have taken a back seat to the colon. And in order to execute a complete detoxification of the body, its important not to forget about the liver and kidneys.
Colon cleansing can rid the body of many harmful toxins, but not all, and a build-up of toxins that colon cleansing cannot remove can result in poor performance of the liver and kidneys. Together, the colon, liver and kidneys work to eliminate toxins and waste from your body. So it almost goes without saying that it is a healthy body thoroughly revolves around the performance of the three organs.
The liver performs a number of functions, all of which are necessary in order to maintain good health. An unhealthy liver can affect the performance of nearly every other organ in your body. Symptoms of an unhealthy liver include allergies, poor immune system, malnutrition and possibly hepatitis. The kidneys are equally important to a healthy body. The most common signs of an unhealthy kidney are urinary tract infections and kidney stones, which can excruciatingly painful to get rid of.
But before you go ahead and begin your cleansing of the liver and kidneys, a parasite cleanse must come first. Parasites exist on food found in or on another organism and if ingested, they will travel to the area of your body that is in poor health. A store-bought parasite cleanse will flush out the parasite(s), that could be potentially living in your body. Once you are certain the body is free of parasites, the kidney cleanse is next, followed by the cleansing of the liver.
