Here are some tips that can help in the wedding preparation:

Identify your wedding budget
It may be sad to note but your budget would determine the kind of wedding you will have. A small budget is not synonymous to a disastrous wedding. With enough patience, hard wark and creativity, your least-budgeted wedding can become a blast.

Consult with your other half
Brides sometime think that weddings are their big days. Most of them are subjected to think that the groom has no part in the event except to say I do. Couples have the same degree of right when it comes to wedding plans. Both of them must sit down and think about their wedding. Doing so will ensure that their special day would really be called ‘theirs’.

Determine what you and your partner want
List down themes you’d like to incorporate in your wedding day. Decide on the color scheme you’d like to use. Recalling special moments together would also help in this process.

Make a list of your guest
Have a preliminary list of the people you want to invite. After listing down, cross out the names you’d like to prioritize. Again, remember that your budget will determine the number of your guests. If you have a certain budget for invitations, make sure that it fits the number of your guests.

A calendar will easily remind you of the things and tasks you have to accomplish before the big day. It will also let you know of the steps you have to take such as finding a church, venue, calling people and distributing invitations.

Stick strictly with your budget
Never go overboard. Remember that your wedding is just the start of your new life together with your would-be better half. So it is important for the two of you to have the capability to cover basic living expenses AFTER the wedding. After all, you wouldn’t want to have an enchanting wedding that you would want to forget the next week, right?
