I'm going to show you how to get 6 pack abs quickly and efficiently. Most people I talk to actually overestimate the difficulty of getting these abs. I'll let you know right now you have abs. Every person out there has abs, but you probably have a layer of fat covering them. The key here is to learn how to remove that fat from on top of the stomach. That makes it sound a little easier. Instead of trying to "get" something, you really need to remove fat. You can make excuses like you don't have the right genetics, but all of us can achieve 6 pack abs. I'm going to how you how to get 6 pack abs quickly from my experience.

Bodybuilders seem to have this down because they have to use science to get results on a schedule. They say "abs are made in the kitchen" and it is true. People are doing a ton of situps everyday at the gym and it will never get you results. You don't lose fat because you do situps, you lose fat because you go on a great diet. I eat smaller meals every few hours because this is a way of speeding up your metabolism. A high metabolism means you'll burn more calories and in turn, more fat.


As for working out, your abs are just like any other muscle. Don't over work them. I don't ever directly work out my abs and they're powerful. Stick with compound exercises because they'll give you a tighter core and they'll also help you reduce the fat on your body.
