After you are through with the writing of a book, getting the book published is the next important part. However if you don't get to the stage of being published by the established method, you can always look at other methods for example self-publishing. After you have written a book, you can pay to have it published and in this case, it would be advisable to pay an editor to do a complete edit and to make an assessment on your book. Getting published this way has its advantages because it gives you a reputation as an author and you can decide if you want to continue this way or have a commercial publisher do your next book.
