How To Help Your Life

The human mind is truly amazing; anything that you want to happen, you can make happen. If you think about it long enough and often enough you can achieve anything.

Unfortunately; for as powerful as the human mind is, the reality is that humans greatly under use it. We've all heard of the theory that we only use about 10% of our brain's capacity. What's even crazier is that new studies suggest that we don't even use that much; it may be closer to 1 percent, even less than that.

So why aren't you using more of your brains? It is because we just don't realize just how much we are capable of. We all have the tools needed to accomplish any goal we set for ourselves. Most people just don't know it, and so lead lives of quiet desperation, when they could have and be so much more... Here's a visual representation: Right now, right this very second, you live in this oversized, multi-million dollar mansion.

This mansion has more bedrooms than you can count unlimited full bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a bowling alley, and kitchens in every corner of every floor, exercise rooms, movie theaters, hot tubs, and every other extra you could think to add. The problem is; you don't know it. So because you don't know it, you are living in a small, cramped closet in the basement. Now if you knew about the rest of the house, you'd be out of that closet in a second, wouldn't you?

You have all of this right now, the whole mansion, inside of you. Unfortunately most people don't know that the rest of the house exists, and so they live frustrated in that cramped little closet: Feeling trapped and unhappy when there is so much more on the other side of the door.

All righty then; so now you know about the mansion; now what, how do you open the door?

Just think: no matter what your desire; you can have it. Now of course, if you stay on the path of achieving something practical, you're not going to disappoint yourself. However if you choose the path of achieving your dream, you will amaze yourself.

So here is where the law of attraction and the Law of Reflex come into action.
Realize that you have this incredible potential already inside you, the next step is to know what you desire.

Most people know what they want and have been frustrated for many years. Others simply have no aspirations for anything better. If we don't have a dream, we have nothing. If you have no desire you have nothing worth living for. So what do you want from this life? The clock is ticking and you are running out of time.

A simple exercise will help you find your desire. Sit back and think; if a genie popped out of a bottle right now and told you that you could have one wish; what would your wish be? Still nothing? Try this: Same genie, but instead of granting a wish, now the genie will remove something from your life. What do you have that you no longer desire, or what would you love to get rid of?

Take a long walk, sit quietly at your table, pace the hallway, run around the block, whatever you do to help your mind think; do it, and figure out your desire. It does not have to be a “take over the known universe” grand scheme. Your desire could be as simple as finding a better job, or as complicated as winning the next Olympics. Find your desire, and write it down on a piece of paper.

Think about it a long time, think about it again tomorrow, and again the next day and the next. Soon you will find it easy to think about and more details will be added and removed. Performing this mind exercise puts you back in charge of your life. After a while you will see yourself automatically taking certain actions that will help your desire come into your reality. Again; after a while these actions will become easy and automatic, and soon thereafter your dream become a reality.

So open the door, nothing is impossible for you. You can be and do whatever you choose.
