How To Practice Heartstreaming

There is a significant difference between mental activity and the wisdom of the heart. A variety of practices teach us how to center in our hearts to access the limitless expanse of heart-originated inspiration. Heartstreaming is a term given to the use of the heart as a source for practical and innovative solutions to both large and small problems.

Heartstreaming can take many forms. Prayer and meditation can be heartstreaming. Sacred dance, chanting, singing to God or listening to exalted music may lead to heartstreaming. Heartstreaming is the ability to emanate selfless love and joy from the heart center of our being. Heartstreaming is connecting with the Divine within.

We can experience a myriad of benefits from the practice of heartstreaming. For example, heartstreaming can result in an increase in vitality and happiness. Additional benefits include increased compassion for others, a growing inner peace, and a heightened understanding of our purpose and mission in life. Heartstreaming can help us to achieve solutions to personal and societal problems and to enjoy healthier relationships.

Heartstreaming may be a solitary activity or can be done in supportive collaboration with others. The more individuals who heartstream together, the greater the exponential release of positive energy into the planet.

We can also heartstream with higher beings that are no longer in physical embodiment. Spiritual teachers, called ascended masters, are the saints and sages of all religions. These teachers once walked upon this planet and other worlds and have earned the right to return to God. They have gained mastery over the world in which we live.

Sometimes messages from the ascended masters can be delivered through an anointed representative. A message that comes in this way is a specific form of heartstreaming called a HeartStream.™

Heartstreaming is a transformational event that can happen in many different ways for different types of students engaged in various spiritual practices. Whoever you are and wherever you are, know that you are invited to dive into God’s great heartstream any time!
