How To Reach Your Grappling Potential In Mma
This article is going to teach one of the important aspects of skill learning. And that is the concept of “continual learning”. Why continual learning? Think about this… ...how many people do you know who continually, day after day, week after week, make a conscious effort to increase their knowledge of grappling? And how many of them keep it up for years, not just days or months? It almost goes without saying that you have to improve and ultimately become one of the top martial artists / grapplers going. As you continually add to your knowledge base, your repertoire of grappling and martial arts tactics and concepts grows and you gradually start to “leave the pack” behind. It is a forgone conclusion that you will be more knowledgeable about your art than those who don’t use this approach. And since so few people insist on “continual learning” through their lives, this significantly increases the likelihood that you will be one of the most knowledgeable people in grappling. And, if you then apply what you know through “physical training”… you almost have to become one of the best. Certainly, you will be better than you would be otherwise. It’s important that you recognize that continual learning is a habit that you consciously develop. You can start developing the ha bit by doing things like studying new grappling moves or concepts for a few minutes every night before you shut the lights off. Later, expand that to picking up a book (or watching a grappling video) on your mp3 player during lunch… you get the idea. As the saying goes, 95% of success is just showing up. If you just “insist” that you keep learning, you almost have to become one of the most knowledgeable grapplers / martial artists around. Then, you apply your knowledge through physical training, using training partners, some bjj dummies, visualization or any other means available. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com B.
