How To Use Your Dreams

Throughout history there have been stories about how dreams have been used to guide individuals and groups. I use dreams a lot to tell me what I need to know. This technique is quite simple, though you may need to ask on several consecutive nights before receiving an answer. Don't be put off if you do not receive a message on the very first night.

You must write down what you would like a dream to guide you about, a question that you would like an answer to, be as specific as possible in your request. Then say to yourself that you must remember the dream, and place the piece of paper under your pillow. Ensure there is a pen and paper at the side of the bed, for you to write down your dream in the morning. As you are laying down to sleep imagine you are going to meet you psychic guides, and that you are taking the piece of paper with the question on it with you.


When you wake up in the morning, lie perfectly still and try to recall as much as you can about your dream. Do not move you will cause a chunk of the dream to be lost. When you have remembered as much as possible, right it all down. Don't attempt to interpret it straight away.

Dreams of vehicles seem to be particularly frequent and many people, these often indicate how we are doing on a journey, with the vehicle representing our physical body. Think about drains you have had, can you recall and specifically involving vehicles? Think about what was happening in your life time, and pay attention to the vehicle from your dream will stop at you feel in the vehicle? Were you driving or someone else, in other words were you in charge or was someone else running your life for you.

It's a really good idea to keep a dream journal so you can look back on your dreams from time to time. You'll be amazed at how much sense they make. Often you don't understand a dream at the time, however, when you look back at the dream journal in a couple of days weeks or even months you'll find that it makes perfect sense.

Dreams can only ever give you so much information, at some stage you're going to need clearer and more specific guidance. In these cases it always helps to consult with a professional psychic.
