How To Win Back Your Girlfriend - You Have To Heed This Advice

It's natural to allow yourself to sit around and "grieve" when a relationship breaks up. No one expects you to just shrug it off and move on like nothing happened. The problem is, when you grieve a little too much about losing your ex girlfriend, to the point where you cannot think or talk about anything else.

I think we have all known people that have gone through this before. And when you are not the one involved in the breakup, it's easy to see that this is not the thing to do. However, the moment that you find yourself on the wrong end of a breakup, you quickly start to find yourself talking about her and thinking about her all of the time.

Here's why you cannot allow this to happen:

People in general, not just women and not just your ex girlfriend, are not usually attracted to others that are sad and depressed all of the time. The more that you talk about her and think about her, you are going to end up either sad or depressed and it's just going to make the situation WORSE, because now she does not want to be around you or hear from you. And more than likely, even your friends are going to get tired of it as well.

Here's what you should be doing:

By all means, give yourself maybe a day or two where you let yourself feel the loss. But, then you have to consciously take control and not allow those thoughts to come back. Once you give yourself that initial time to do your emotional thing, then you need to allow yourself to feel GOOD. You have to be in a positive state of mind if you are going to win her back.

Hang out with friends, do some of the hobbies that you love or would like to do, just keep yourself busy. When you have too much time to just sit there and think about her... you are going to miss her. When you keep yourself busy, that feeling is not as strong and THAT is when you can make the move to win her back.

A little bit of last minute advice: Do not make the mistake of thinking that if you show her how sad you are, and how much you miss her, that this is going to make her want you back. It won't. It might make her feel sorry for you, but then again, women are not known for falling for guys that the feel sorry for, are they?
