How To Write Pay Per Click Ads That Actually Sell Your Products

Many online marketers hear about pay per click advertising and jump on the bandwagon only to find that their ads do nothing for them. They get no clicks whatsoever. The reason they fail is because they do not write compelling ads that draw attention. So I decided to give you a few tips before you venture into the world of pay per click advertising.

1. The most compelling thing you can do is to make your add keyword relevant. If you are promoting binoculars then make sure your ad's headline and all the rest of it contains the word binoculars in it. And if you are promoting a certain brand then make sure you include that brand name in your add. I hope you get the general idea here. Don't write about elephants when you want people to read about crocodiles.

2. Give them a reason to act. If you can do this in any way at all, it will compel people to click on your ad. An ad that is keyword relevant and that forces people into action is the best kind of ad. Time and scarcity are the time old methods that are used by good ad writers.
Put a time limit on availability or bring in an element of scarcity like a limited amount of product available at a certain price. The first hundred to act will get it at the price or discount. Just remember at all times to be truthful with your add and never lie about your time limit or the scarcity of your product. Lying will eventually give you a bad name and tarnish your image severely.

3. Try to communicate to their emotions. Most people buy any product or service based on their emotions. Believe it or not but if they do not think that whatever they will purchase will make them feel better they will not buy it. When they buy weight loss products it is not to loose weight but to increase their self-esteem and feel better about themselves. So write something like loose 10 pounds in 3 weeks and feel like a million bucks.
