Sure, mistakes happen and you are going to improve with each article that you write, but there are some mistakes that could be avoided, so I have come up with some steps you need to follow in order to write a high quality article. Let's look at how to write an ezine article.

Step number one - What is the purpose for writing your ezine article? After you discover what your purpose is, you need to create an outline. At first, you need to create that outline on a piece of paper. Then, if you are like me, once you get used to writing content, you will be able to do your research on the niche, then write what you have learnt, without having an outline. Point blank, for now, make an outline on paper.

Step number two - It's not a good idea to beat around the bush when writing an ezine article, your readers don't want to read a load of fluff and padding, they are after solid information. So keep it short, concise and to the point.

Step number three - Of course, you will need to know about the market you are targeting. If you are writing in order to attract younger people, then you need to focus on writing things that draw young people's attention. You need to first understand the culture of the individuals you are targeting.

Step number four - Everyone would like to have fast results and you should try to share some secrets with your reader. If you do this and you meet all of their demands, then they will keep coming back to you.

Step number five - This is an important step as it involves setting yourself apart from everyone else. You should not write on common topics such as cooking, sports, fitness and food. You may want to write about those topics that are more in demand such as finance, business and other technical topics. You should do your research and have good knowledge on any subject before you write about it.

Step number six - You should have good writing skills if you would like to earn a large amount of money. You could learn techniques by reading ezine articles that were written by other individuals. You should always have guidelines to follow. The articles should be simple, yet informative. You should never attempt to write something that is very special and profound.

Step number seven - Here we are, at the last step. This step is pretty important, because it involves getting a good reputation. You need to write many ezine articles and put them on the Internet in your name. Those articles should be in the same niche, try to get known within your field.
