How To Be Happy Right Now?

With today’s economic and political uncertainties, all these terrorist activities, wars and worsening conditions in the world, most of the population is living their daily lives unhappily and in a negative emotional state.

From the dawn of the day to midnight, the media all over the world feed us with only doom and gloom. No body can see a way out of this situation so they start worrying and being unhappy.

This is like a circle, the more we focus on the doom and gloom, the more it worsens. Since a majority of the world population is focused on a recession it has become an inevitable situation. Like wise if we could get the majority of the world to focus on prosperity, no matter what is going on right now in the world, the world will see prosperity much sooner.

Do not be too serious about anything. Believe in a higher power and trust and believe that no matter what happens you will be protected and that you will be ok.

When you feel them fully they get released and will not bother you again. By this it is not meant that when you are angry, you should go on a rage damaging every thing in front of you. If it is not possible to do at that particular time, sit quietly before you go to sleep and recall that particular incident, when you recall the particular incident the feelings will appear automatically. Now feel them fully. That is all you need to do with your feelings, do not by any chance suppress them.
