What is the PRICE Concept? It is a time tested 5 factor principle.

P for Perseverance

What is perseverance? It is a steady persistence in adhering to a course of action or some might call it steadfastness. Thomas Foxwell Buxton once said: With ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable. Very often customer says no for the first seven times only to say yes at the eighth. If you give up the seventh time and not persevere to the eight, you would have lost a golden opportunity to close the realestate case.

R for Reliability

A successful real estate agent is a reliable person with integrity. Clients trust him and rely on him for accurate market information, professionalism and for taking their interests at heart. You only need to be unreliable once to lose the client forever. All the goodwill and trust can be dissipated by one act of carelessness. Without trust, customers will not trust you to sell their homes or apartments.

I for Information

What separates the wheat from the chaff in the performance of real estate agents is often the information they possession. For information, it pertinent that it is timely, accurate and relevant. In this internet era, information and knowledge is king. The information can be on a myriad of things ranging from rentals to sale prices.

C for Client

Successful real estate agents service their clients well and not the other way round. The whole professional existence of a successful real estate agent depends on their clients. There are two rules to remember. Rule 1: You are in the service industry. Rule 2: Never forget Rule 1. Serve the clients well and they let you sell their house. It’s that simple.

E for Effectiveness

A successful real estate agent is effective. He gets the job done for his clients in an effective and professional manner. Ultimately, you get the job done professionally and with good conscience. Effective realtors are efficient at selling homes, apartments and all forms of real estate.
