Jackknife sit ups require you to lie flat on the ground and place your hands by your sides on the ground for stability. Raise your knees and torso to make your knees and face meet.

If you're overweight you will have to reduce and lose some weight or nobody is ever going to see those great six pack abs if it's covered with a layer of fat.
