And the third way to maintain a radiant complexion is to consume a healthy diet. This means avoiding fried and greasy foods and consuming more fruit and vegetables. Following these three easy steps will help you maintain healthy looking skin. However, if you happen to notice a skin problem, be sure to speak with your dermatologist as soon as possible. Also, remember to self screen your skin, especially if you live in a hot and sunny area of the world. Regular self screening will help you recognize any changes or growths on your body.
