How To Make The Best Carne Asada Marinade

Mexican dishes have always been really popular and that is all over the world actually. The biggest reason for that is the taste which speaks to almost everyone but also because it’s pretty cheap and easy to make yourself. It’s so simple that even the kids can make them and yet they are so delicious. The most known Mexican food would probably be taco, burrito and nachos, who wouldn’t want one of those right now. The taco and burrito can be filled with different kind of meat, in this article I will tell you how to make carne asada marinade. Carne asada translated to English means roasted beef. The main part of the carne asada is the really tasteful marinade.
Here is an easy guide on how to make the best carne asada marinade there is.

The following ingredients are for two or three pounds of meat:
You will need 3 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, ¼ cup of red or white wine vinegar, ¼ cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed or canned lemon juice), ¼ cup orange juice (fresh or canned), ¼ cup water, 2 tablespoons of freshly minced garlic, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1 table spoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon habanero chili powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon oregano (if you can find Mexican oregano much better), 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, ½ orange sliced, ¼ chopped cilantro leaves.

What you first do is that you mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and blend them really good. Then you put the beef along with the marinade in a sealed bucket and let the beef absorb the marinade. The longer you wait the more tasteful the beef will be, you should at least wait an hour before starting to make the beef. This recipe has been used for years and it will never fail.
