How To Start Strength Training The Right Way

Besides making one feel confident, being strong and fit is a goal that many an aspirant in the gyms across the nation have in mind.

So it is no wonder that several people are curious about how to start strength training.

Now for the ladies who might still be skeptical about such a form of training, in spite of its reputation of being a "guy" or "jock" thing, strength training routine exercises are important for everyone.

Strength training also helps you:

1. Start slowly.
2. Stretch: You can choose to do some Yoga or Pilates moves or some Royal Court exercises such as the Hindu Squats and/or push-ups and bridge.

Now, choose a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 repetitions.

Do keep in mind that your own body weight could count for this option: Basic push-ups, pull-ups, body-squats etc could work wonders in learning how to start strength training.
