When you're depressed, you often feel like you're in a world by yourself and no one is worse off than you and it will just never get better. I want you to realize that you are not the only one; there are many people out there who are suffering with depression and anxiety, with panic attacks and general feelings of unhappiness. You may think you're the only person with your particular problem and no one would understand, but that is far from the truth as you would find if you contacted your GP or looked for support groups. Depression is very isolating and can make you feel awful, but this doesnt need to be so.
