4 boiled eggs
1 can of tuna in oil
Mayonnaise
3 teaspoons Fried tomato
PREPARATION:
Carefully take off the eggs shells and cut them by half longitudinally, it removes the yolks and separates them on the one hand and on the other the albumen. In a bowl place yolks, tuna (after draining the oil) mayonnaise and fried tomato, mix all very well and with this mixture fill the albumens that you had reserved earlier. Garnish eggs with a little mayonnaise and bring the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
