I’m Very Excited About Our Face Painting Sales Process And Would Like To Share The Techniques

Don’t let you Face Painting or Children’s Entertainment business down by not following up on each lead with a solid system. And don’t be one of those business owners who receive a call from an interested customer, deal with the enquiry and never do anymore than that!

This is where you can excel above the competition with an outstanding sales process behind you. It’s wise to remember that peoples’ buying decisions differ vastly and it could take a number of contacts between you and the prospective customer to secure the booking for a party or event.

An exceptional sales process could go along these lines:

· Advert placed in a publication or leaflet handed out.

· A new customer telephones to enquire about what you can offer them.

· You discuss their requirements in detail and offer advice. They may book you, if not:

· You direct them to your website. They may book you, if not:

· You send them some information, reports, incentives (value adding). They may book you, if not:

· You follow-up with a phone call. They may book you, if not:

· You send them an email. They may book you, if not:

· You continue to build a relationship with newsletters

· They book your service.

· You provide the service.

· You send them a hand-written thank you letter.

· You ask for referrals, which you reward and/or a testimonial

This is just a generalized process.

In order to excel at what you do you would need to list each and every step of your sales process and improve on each and every element as time goes by. You need to put yourself in their shoes – how can I make this better for the customer, how can I add more value, how can I improve on my customer care even before doing business with them.

Start giving to your customers before they start buying from you. Most businesses do this the opposite way round and only start providing value once their customer has parted with their money. You need to do the reverse. Start building a relationship and offer your customer something of value well before they actually become one of your customers, and believe me your customers will come looking for you and your great reputation!
