I知 Planning On Researching And Hopefully Launching A Brand New Range Of Costume Jewellery
Each piece I make is handmade by me personally, including a lot of the findings I use. After all I like that that is the case and positively have no interest in stopping making things in this way. 1000's of little paper blossoms; the remaining patterns after having lower out 1000's of blossoms in sterling silver, each one by hand. However, my business has to be sustainable - in terms of my physical and mental health, plus when it comes to my financial effectively-being (particularly as I become older!). Consequently I constantly come back to this catch 22: I cannot develop my enterprise except I personally work harder and I cannot possibly work harder than I do already! Having considered this for a number of years now, I致e come to understand that there isn't any answer until I alter the enterprise in some way. So in 2011 I知 planning on researching and hopefully launching a brand new range - perhaps under a new label or model - which is a bit much less reliant on me personally when it comes to physical labour. The range might be created utilizing my very own designs after all and at this stage I envisage hand finishing pieces. However, having a manufacturing course of concerned will allow me to extend my output and help to make my business more personally sustainable. I intend to continue my existing range as it is - all handmade by me - whatever happens with this second range. And there might be a transparent distinction between one and the other. However for now essentially the most thrilling points for me are learning about new processes and materials. And I知 especially excited about getting started on some new design ideas which I can hopefully soak up fairly totally different directions.
