Some connect butterflies with change, and good change at that, where nature converts something simple into a magnificent and multi-colored flying creature. From little children delighting in butterflies found in the open air, to parents who tag Monarch butterflies to track migration, butterflies truly are here to stay. Be it for visually pleasing purposes or pollination, butterflies outdo their assigned status by being hands-down the most well-loved insects (a rare status at that). Butterflies are seen as representations with different connotations. In some cultures, the connotations are beneficial, in others, negative.
