It is easy to look at many Hollywood celebrities and think how lucky they are to be blessed with such great teeth. However the reality is that they have probably spent thousands and thousands of dollars to make their teeth look so perfect. So how can you get the same Hollywood smile yourself?

Well unless your teeth are perfectly straight to begin with, then I'm afraid you will have to spend some money at the beginning. This could involve getting braces to straighten the teeth and bring them into line, or it could simply involve adding crowns and bridges to individual teeth, and filling in any gaps between certain teeth.

This can be quite expensive but if they are already in line, then you may just need to get them whitened, and luckily teeth whitening needn't be so expensive. While you may have to fork out to get perfectly straight teeth, the good news is that it is now possible to get teeth that are just as white as your favourite celebrities for less than $100.

All you need to do is buy a home whitening kit and follow the instructions. They do of course differ in quality, but many of them do actually work as advertised. The key is go online and read reviews of various whitening products in order to find one that is both safe and effective, and then use them as directed once you start using them.

They are quite straight forward to use. If you buy the whitening strips, then you simply put them on the front of your top and bottom teeth and fold them over to keep them in place. Then you leave them on there for around 25-30 days once or twice per day for the duration of the treatment.

Alternatively if you buy a tray based kit, then you mould the trays to fit your teeth, put the whitening gel into these trays and attach them to your teeth. Again you then leave them on there for around 30 minutes per treatment.

These types of products are relatively cheap, but they can deliver professional results. If you don't want to mess around with these treatments for two or three weeks at a time, then you can simply visit your dentist and ask them to whiten your teeth using their own in-house treatment. However you should bear in mind that this will be significantly more expensive.

Anyway the point is that you can easily achieve a perfect Hollywood smile yourself these days. You just need to buy a home whitening treatment or visit your dentist, and you should hopefully have gleaming white teeth as a result.
