Is Myspace A Casualty Of War Or Just More Disinformation?

The Defense Department according to the Washington Post has blocked Myspace and twelve other popular sites that our children (U.S.Troops) use when they are off duty and want to communicate with their friends and family back home. A lot of these soldiers feel they will not be coming back and look forward to talking to their families and friends. This diversion gives them some hope of seeing their loved ones again.

These sites were used to share some photographs, letters, recordings both video, audio and pictures of new loved ones brought into the world while they have been gone. The soldiers used the sites to talk to their family and friends on daily events and in turn the loved one’s back home kept the soldiers informed on events going on at the home front.

The senior officers band the sites claming that it was on the verge of over whelming the military’s internet network. This to me sounds like a joke. Can you imagine any internet company saying they do not want to take on any new customers because they are over extended? They also claimed it was a risk of their operations putting the troops at risk. I think the real reason is they do not want the people here at home to know what is really going on over there. Did you ever hear of debriefing the troops before they were aloud to be released? Think about what that means.

I base my opinion on all the information the government has been telling us about the things that are going on with this war and then turned out to be lies. If you do not know what lies I am referring to you need to keep up with the news. There are so many I am not even going into them in this article.

If I would have to guess I would believe this war was over oil. The demand for fuel is continuing to climb. There is no shortage of fuel but more of the third world countries are becoming industrialized requiring more refined fuel like gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil and many other products made from raw oil.

One of the stories leaked out of Iran is that the citizens over there only pay 5 cents a gallon for gas and the American people pay the difference of the $3.00 a gallon. So for them to fill up a 20 gallon tank it only costs them $2.00. They have no refineries over there so we subsidize the difference. I think I would be very happy if someone offered to pay $48.00 of the $ 50.00 it cost me to fill up my fuel tank.

According to the Constitution the government is ( To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions ) Well they are not protecting us here at home as we are being invaided by an army of illegal immergrants who are breaking our laws and will eventually break the back of this country. The governmet encourages them to come over by giving them what ever they want at your expence.

We are not suppose to have any intanglement with other countries. We do not need to be the police of the world. We need our troops back home, mind our own business and get this country back on track. No forgin country interfered with our civil war, that part of the world kept out of our business and we should do the same. When you get into someone elses business it breeds nothnig but hate Now that the comunications have been shut down between our troops and this country, we the people are in the dark on what is really going on. A way needs to be provided to reestablish the link with our children over seas not only for them but we here at home as well.
