Is What You Are Telling Yourself Making You Drunk Without You Knowing It?

There is a lot of talk, books and studies down on how we can improve ourselves, our mental abilities, our physical abilities and our emotional abilities, but the real truth is that what you are telling yourself can impair you just as if you were drunk. You need to examine how you impair yourself in the first place. How do you impair yourself in such a way that it compromises your decision making process?

Dr. Masaru Emoto showed us that water can carry "thought exposures" or messages that help you body become healthy or sick. These thought exposures are what you tell yourself on a daily basis and is nothing more than a habit.

You are not the daily habit you have. You are much more than that. However, that daily habit can be keeping you sick, lost, medicated and unable to fulfill your dreams simply because you are poisoning your body and mind with unhealthy thoughts that produce unhealthy chemical cocktails and are impairing your abilities.

Your body hears everything that you say and it obeys the attitude that you tell it to have. If you say, "that makes me angry," your body says "okay" and makes you an angry chemical cocktail and pours it into your systems and now you feel angry.

You poison your body and now your body has to get rid of all that poison from your thought exposure. Doing this over and over can harm your health. They cause stress related illnesses and impair your judgment and decision making processes.

It's like ordering a drink from a bar. If you walk up and order six shots of whiskey and drink all six shots down quickly, chances are you will be to drunk to drive or walk. Your judgment would be impaired and your decision making process would be impaired also.

Whiskey is not true or correct. It is not right or wrong. It is just a substance that if you have too much of, it can impair your body and mind functions.

Every time you tell yourself something negative, your brain cooperates with you and sends a "negative" chemical cocktail to your brain and body so you can feel the negativity in the thought you just exposed yourself to. It does not make the thought true, correct or beneficial to you. It is simply a biological process.

However, it is like going up to the bar and saying let me have 6 negative shorts or thoughts. You quickly have those thoughts and you're impaired. Your thinking can either impair you or empower you depending on which thoughts you choose to use. You can have 6 miraculous thoughts instead.

You are not the thought you are having or the bad feeling you feel. However, that thought is something you can experience. There is a big difference here. If you want to really become all that you can be, you must look at how you can either poison yourself until your drunk or empower yourself by what you are telling yourself in each moment.

If you experience thoughts of anger, fear or depression put off making decisions and take a minute to look at what you are telling yourself. Wow, no wonder you feel that way, look at what you are telling yourself. I would feel that way too if I were telling myself the same thing as you are. Tell yourself something empowering before you make that next decision.
