Is Your Career As An Internet Marketer Being Held Due To Technology?

Have you ever felt that technology which was meant to help in developing the world around us, holding you back? Do you find it hard to cope with technology and find it challenging? Last night I got a call from my mother. She said that her PC had some problems and so she asked me to come over her place and help her. Once you start working with a computer, people seem to consider you as an expert and will call you for help. I receive many calls a week and I attend them with pleasure.

When I was helping my mother with her PC, I realized that there were many other people like my mom who have difficulty in understanding things. I patiently taught my mom how to copy, paste and other basic operations. I also realized that many of my students fall into the same category as they are of the same age as my mother. They also need guidance with easy tasks that might seem harder to them. If this was the case then my students would be helpless in their career as ‘Internet Marketer’ because we tend to talk in technical terms.

I pondered over the puzzle and decided to find a way to teach my students in a more simple fashion. Then I finally thought to disclose the same advice that I had given to my mom. The first advice was to consume technology bit by bit. These bits can be very small. The quantity cannot be specified as it depends upon each individual. If you take technology as a whole then you will find yourself lost in a deep ocean and as an internet marketer you should be very precautious about this point.

After you have consumed those bits of technology try to do the next step; learn it, do it, teach it to others, then re – learn it. Normally, whenever I learn a new topic, I try to do it and most of the times I fail at it badly. After you have found the way of doing it, teach it to others. Finally, go and re – learn it so that you will never forget. This technique is not a new one. I have seen school children follow this technique and they never forget a lesson that has been learnt.

If you are sure to follow these simple steps then it is guaranteed that technology cannot hold you back. Just follow these steps and keep on sharing it with others and later re-learn it again. No matter at what level of technology you are, this method would be helpful in your career. It can be used even if you are at the advanced level of technology.
