There are a lot of natural and also herbal treatments that you can use in order to improve your overall wellbeing which in turn will improve the appearance of your skin.

These include the juice form a lime, which you can add to some hot milk. Mix together with some glycerine and apply. Do this every night for a fresh appearance and it also helps prevent acne.

Also try taking the inside of a peach and use this to massage the skin. The tissue that you use will help to cleanse the skin and it also has good astringent qualities so making the skin feel tighter and so preventing the appearance of wrinkles.

The best natural anti ageing oil is that produced by the body itself, but if your skin is dry and your are not getting enough natural oils, then try mixing an egg with some oil. Apply to the face and wait until it has become dry. Then with clean soaked ball of cotton wool, remove the mix from the face.

Another great step is to take a spoon of milk and mix with the juice of a cucumber and some lime juice. Mix well and apply to the neck and also the face. Leave it for about fifteen minutes and then rinse off for a fresh look and skin that is full of life.
