Job Interview Preparation It's vital to research and study up on the company with whom you're interviewing. The interviewer will be able to discern pretty quickly whether or not you've done your homework on the company. The interview is typically the deciding factor for whether or not you'll be hired for the job, so prior to going for the interview, you'll want to prepare properly. 1) Take the time to study the company with whom you'll be interviewing.
