Jobs And Especially English And Multilingual Jobs Are At A Post Recession High!

The jobs markets around the world have been turbulent and certainly in the west we have all been reaping the backlash of what happens in the US market. A few weeks ago the US released its jobs figures and as predicted they were not as good as expected. Hitting Europe second the stock markets fell.

Having said this there is a surprising amount of jobs available for candidates across north America and Europe which is a post recession high. This figure is not too dissimilar to the volume of jobs there were available before the recession, but it is on the increase, hopefully to sustain.

Businesses are in a tricky situation as they are being tentative because of the news they are getting from the media with regard to situations around the world. They seem to be gaining business, but not counting their chickens too quickly so not taking on any extra staff too early in case this type of work is not sustainable.

Foreign language jobs are in a good position too. Migration patterns have increased over the last couple of months with Europe especially seeing more job seekers crossing the boarders to seek jobs elsewhere.

Traditionally countries such as the UK, Paris and Germany have been save havens for individuals looking to cross borders to find work. This is still the case today even with the double dip recession on the horizon. The pound in still in a very strong position against the Dollar and Euro. We hope that Britain will sustain its position as being the number one currency in the world.

A lot of European countries are looking for certain types of job seekers. Again it is the safe haven countries that are looking for the majority of types of job seekers, extending to specialisms such as foreign language speakers. Types of jobs available could be translators or sales professionals which require more than one language.

A study recently conducted showed that France and especially Paris is looking for English Jobs and English speaking Jobs for English language speaking professionals.

If Paris is the place to go them it seems that they will be receive the right amount of workers that they need at the moment.

We hope that the job market will sustain itself and that this double dip recession is just overhyping from the media.
