If you can't remember the last time you really felt good, it's time to make some changes. You could do a million things to try to feel more energetic, revived, and alive. Don't get frustrated if the Boot Camp pushes you farther than you think you can go, at first. It will take your body some time to adjust to the rigorous workout. The great thing is that once you make that first step to improving your fitness, you'll quickly realize just how awesome every drop of sweat and aching muscle is.
These are just milestones on the highway to a better, healthier you. Nothing good ever comes easy, just remember that when you are tempted to hit the snooze button on the alarm clock instead of getting up and heading to fitness boot camp.
