Just What Is Liquid Colloidal Silver?
You may have heard of liquid colloidal silver but still don’t understand what it is and what the benefits of colloidal silver are. As a health advisor, I’ve been asked this question many times and can answer your colloidal silver questions here. Information on Colloidal Silver Liquid colloidal silver is liquid product that contains microscopic particles of silver in a purified water base. Colloidal silver causes bacterial cells to suffocate and die by disabling the enzyme that bacteria need to multiply – making it a powerful germicide and antibiotic. Benefits of Liquid Colloidal Silver Proponents of liquid colloidal silver claim that it’s better, more effective, and safer than prescription antibiotics. Colloidal silver uses include topical applications for skin conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungus, and athlete’s foot. Liquid Colloidal Silver – The Studies While there aren’t too many studies supporting colloidal silver there are some interesting supporting the benefits. Proponents claim that the lack of studies is due to the pharmaceutical companies wanted to push their “prescription antibiotics” and that used correctly, liquid colloidal silver is perfectly safe to use for humans and animals. In the late 1970s, Dr. Robet Becker author of The Body Electric found that sliver ions help promote bone growth and kill surrounding bacteria. During that same time, in an issue of Science Digest an article titled “Our Mightiest Germ Fighter” wrote Thanks to eye-opening research, silver is emerging as a wonder of modern medicine. An antibiotic kills perhaps a half-dozen different disease organisms, but silver kills some 650. Resistant strains fail to develop. Moreover, silver is virtually non-toxic." And Dr. Harry Margraf, a biochemist and silver colloidal researcher said "Silver is the best all-around germ fighter we have." Warnings for Colloidal Silver This warning is mostly for those who decide to ingest liquid colloidal silver. Studies have found that excess intake of silver products may result in argyria, a condition where the skin is discolored a blue/gray color. This happens when too much silver is deposited into the skin and then darkened by sunlight. It is important to follow the directions for colloidal silver dosage. There have been some reported cases of argria occurring from topical uses. Your best bet is to follow the directions and stop using it when the condition clears up. If you have any further questions or you’re taking medication, notify your physician. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com For more information visit Liquid Colloidal Silver My Story...
