Justin Bieber's Birthday Present: Kiss From Selena Gomez?

Today is Justin Bieber’s birthday…and he is officially 17 years old! Justin did most of his birthday celebrating this past weekend, and of course, he spent most of his time with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Though they haven’t formally confirmed that they are dating, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been seen hand in hand all over Hollywood, and they were even spotted smooching at the Oscars.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber spent the weekend at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, CA, and according to eyewitnesses, they were pretty lovey dovey.

While enjoying dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, a witness reports, “They were feeding each other with their forks and they definitely kissed. It was obvious they are totally enamored with one another and that the feelings are mutual either way.”

After dinner, the couple retired to the Presidential Suite at the St. Regis, which runs for about $6,000. They also had no bodyguards or parents with them. Hmm…maybe someone should remind Selena Gomez that Justin turned 17. He’s not legal for one more year!

We'll give fans a few seconds to scream in delight over that fact, but then we hope they calm down and focus. The singer has made a special birthday request: he'd like you to donate whatever you can to a specific organization.

On his Charity: Water page, Bieber writes: Together, we've made a big difference for many causes. Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water projects for villages that need them, we can prevent this! I want to make my birthday matter this year -- let's make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change.
