A massive bonus with training with Kettlebells is that each training session only lasts about thirty minutes maximum. The reason for the quickness of the workouts is due to the level of intencity that you workout at. The intencity of Kettlebells is what gets so many people hooked on them.
To obtain the absolute most from Kettlebell workouts follow a 3 - 4 day training schedule each week to really get the benefits. Six exericises is usually the recommended amount to do in the given time. You can include the exercises in supersets for more intencity or as a circuit.
