Low To No Carb Diets Could Be A Way To Escape Obesity

If you are picking all the fat free things from the local grocery store and still you are gaining weight then, that means that you are consuming more of carbohydrates. The taste in the food that we eat is added because of fats. And that is the reason all the greasy stuff with lot of butter or cream would tempt you. There by you would fall for them and consume, adding fat to your body. People who use a lot of fat free stuff forget that when the fat is taken of from the food, the taste is gone and to make it eatable more carbohydrates are added. These carbohydrates are essential for the body but the essential is only limited to about as less as about a tea spoon a day, considering that carbohydrates are sugar (the monosec). Mostly, we end up consuming more than that in a day. Hence, the excess about 1000 calories are stored in the liver and the rest is converted into fats.


Clearly, the above would tell you the reason why the fat free food despite no or low fat could make you overweight. Even if you re on low carb diet you need to get from low to no carb diets to ensure no further ft accumulation. Getting from the low to no carb diets would help you cut down the quantity of carbohydrates that you are consuming hence, would not contribute in accumulation of more fat in your body. You could continue to have the low fat food with decreased portions without growing fat. There many diets that you could go for while considering low to no carb diets option. But, consulting a nutritional is indispensable before you do so.
