Continuing that idea, I ran across this great story about Grandparents, Grandchildren and Laguna Beach homes that I wanted to share with you. This area is truly an inspiring location to vacation…and to live. Laguna Beach Real Estate, like many coastal communities, has just a limited amount of homes available – and these are not your “cookie cutter” variety. All ages can delight in the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean. Imagine living in an area that most people vacation!


Well, with prices where they are at right now, the number of fabulous homes on the market, and continued favorable interest rates, people are still wondering “Should I buy a house now or wait?” Why not make your dreams of a primary, investment or vacation home in South Orange County, a Laguna Beach Homes, a reality?

The story speculates, as everyone is doing, about whether or not we are at the bottom of the market, and for buyers should I buy a house now or wait. However, what may be a better focus of this article is the fact that seller’s in the high-end Laguna Beach real estate market are getting comfortable with the reality that they may need to offer deep discounts to their Laguna beach homes in order to sell. This is good news for buyers. It’s like getting Neiman Marcus at TJ Maxx or Target prices!
