Layered Strawberry, Chocolate Mousse Delight!
Serves 12 (Prep & time total: 20min) Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of Cold milk 1 pkg. Jello instant Chocolate pudding (4 serving pkg.) 2 cups Cool Whip Topping, thawed & divided 16 Fudgee-o or Oreo cookies 3 cups of fresh, sliced Strawberries Directions: *Pour pudding mix into a large bowl, add 1 cups of milk, Mix with a hand mixer, or wire whisk, until well blended. *Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. *Crush 10 of the cookies coarsely, stir into pudding mixture. The Layers *Spoon half of the pudding mixture into the bottom of a 1 1/2 liter serving bowl. (9-12inch around) *Spread a layer of whipped topping, about 3/4 of an inch thick, *Then a layer of fresh cut strawberries.(about 1 1/2 cups) * Add remaining layers of chocolate pudding mix, whipped topping, and strawberries.
