As every organization consists of some people, problems will likely to happen. Some people may not like the others or disagree each other, conflict of interest, envy and so on. As it would be difficult to solve the problems when they’ve already happened, it’s important to recognize the signs that may lead you the problems in the future. Here are the signs of a declining organization that you should overcome at the beginning: 1. Lack of Leadership Leaders don’t have all of the answers, they know the questions. They create an environment where the questions can be answered. So if you have less skills of leadership, how can you create the good environment? Poor Teamwork A qualified teamwork comes from the effectiveness collaboration, communication, and coordination and mixed by the balancing of contributions. If these functions don’t take place on your organization, you’ll see how the people in your organization work on their own way. All they care about is their own achievements, not the team’s goal. 3. Poor Idea An idea is the fuel to grow your organization. Your team must stay ahead of innovation to survive, and innovation comes from great ideas. When the people in your organization cannot contribute any good ideas to improve your organization, soon you’ll see the death of your organization.
