Learn How To Answer Your Weakest Interview Question

We all hate it when we go for a job interview and the question gets asked, "What is your Greatest Weakness"? It has to be the worst question we are ever asked because it is a bad question and we always seem to get stuck to find a good way to answer this question. You do not want to come right out and say that you have no weaknesses at all because it looks like you are trying to hide something. Buy at the same time you do not want to seem like you have things wrong with you and this makes you look like negative candidate for the job.

You always want to go into the question with an idea in mind so that you don't end up sitting there with a stupid look on your face. It is always good not to sound rehearsed when you give any answers but this question does require you to prepare for it so you don't get stumped.

You want to try to have your weakness sound as positive as possible and really not sound like it is a weakness. You want to have a weakness that is something that you overdue and it is a weakness only because you achieve too high and maybe you fall a little short.

You do not want to say that your weakness is that you always have problems with people you work with or that you hate the management people because they are stupid and do not work hard.

Remember that when you get that Weakness question that you think about it ahead of time so that your are not caught off guard.
