Learn To Improve The Ability To Control Premature Ejaculation
In many situations, PE is caused by the lock of control the ejaculation flow due of weakness of pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. To find this muscle where it is located, you need to stop the flow when urinating. That muscle that closes off the urine flow is PC muscle and is the one that is in need to be strengthened. Then you must exercise to 'educate' this PC muscle to control the ejaculation. Better self-control can be easily learned. The concept behind these exercises is that with a stronger pubococcygeus muscle, you will can stop the flow of ejaculate at will, and you will be able to reach the orgasm without ejaculating losing of erection. To start the process do the 5-5 exercise. Nothing very complicate, hold the muscle contracted for five seconds and then release it for five seconds. Do 10 cycles to start for at least the first week, three time per day. Go further by adding 2 or 3 additional cycles and work up to 50 cycles, three times a day. You should be very careful to go slowly. If you encounter a strain or weakness, rest up for a few days. Learning contracting and holding the muscle at will, you will be able to control the premature ejaculation. To evaluate the progress, when urinating, urinate just a tablespoon at a time and then stop for a second or two.
