All is not lost, together we can do something about it.
The docs call your condition Gynecomastia. So lets get straight to it. There are a few options to consider about why you are at this stage. 1)There is a possibility that you are generally overweight. 2) There could be an Estrogen, yep the girl hormone, imbalance, hey we guys have it too, just sometimes our body makes too much, maybe enough for you to see and feel that that its time to take action, I hope you agree?
We can fix this, lets look at some basic steps, it is a serious subject and I’ve written a website covering it, you can find the link below, there is a lot of detail on my site but here are the basics:
ANALYSIS
1) Weigh yourself and check against your average.
2) Improve your diet

Are you fond of irresistible White bread, White Rice, Pasta, Booze, burgers, fries? Well what William was trying to say above is that most of what we eat actually may be good for the taste buds but as soon as the food has passed the mouth its mostly bad for the rest of the body. The food you eat may well be directly responsible for your Man Boobs.. Yes, our comfort foods should really be called discomfort foods because unless there are medical causes the discomfort of your bouncing man boobs is directly linked to the comfort of your poor diet. Going ‘On a Diet’ doesn’t have to mean a crash move to Rice crackers and water. I suggest a re-phrasing to ‘Changing Your Diet Lifestyle’ This is because most diets don’t work…..What? OK I’ll say it again, Most diets don’t work….Its True.. The ‘start tomorrow, go hard for several weeks then end’ concept probably does more ‘shock’ harm to your body than good.
Gradual and achievable changes are the way to go in your diet.. Does this sound close to home?: Bagel for breakfast, donuts for morning break, burger/coke for lunch etc if this is close to your pattern then look at changing one part a week, come on YOU know what is bad for you. We both know you don't need my help with that.
3) See your Doctor to check for a possible hormone imbalance.
CHECK ANY CURRENT MEDICATIONS
a) Some medicines can affect hormones, e.g. Anti-depressants, Heart Medications, Ulcer Medications
b) DO NOT change any medications until meeting with your Doctor
CHECK YOUR LIFESTYLE:
a) Some ‘recreational’ drugs such as smoking pot/weed, Heroin etc can play havoc with your body.
b) excessive booze (e.g. several drinks every night) can play a part
c) Body building (with or without steroids) can be a tragedy for your man boobs once you stop the muscle workouts
d) This shouldn’t be fourth but I thought it best to break this to you gently…regular exercise will help enormously. Don’t hurry into bench pressing or other muscle building techniques, they may well harden up the boobs but guess what happens if you dump the exercise, you now have extra muscle to turn to fat. If you’re not a body builder now then don’t start if your main objective is to lose the boobs. Lose them first then go down the body building track if that is what you want.
So it’s not a simple fix. Those boobs took you a while to grow so lets be straight forward with each other they’re going to take a bit of time to fix.
