A4 size being 210 x 297 mm, and the A5 size is 148 x 210 mm. these are printed on quality paper of 110gsm- 120 gsm. This paper quality is generally useful for mono and color inkjet printing, mono and color laser printing as well as for standard photocopiers.

In some letterheads, there is additional information at the bottom of the letterhead as well. Generally these information are printed in a smaller font size. Letterhead printing is done in various styles and types, for example, one color, two color and full color letterheads. Some letterheads have a background also, which is made of a watermark or a light image. This may consist of enlarged company logo, or some other kind of image.
