List Building - Going Viral While Building Your List

There are several ways to go viral while list building and we are going to talk about 3 here. First thing is that when you are promoting your squeeze page you can do it with paid advertising or free advertising such as article marketing. We are going to talk a little about article marketing first.

With article marketing you write and submit articles on a certain subject so lets say we are talking about articles on list building. You would write your articles and submit them to the major article directories like ezinearticles.com or go articles.com and even article dashboard.com. After that you could just sit back and type your article title into google and watch as your articles starts to show up on more and more sites. This is called viral marketing. It is a great way to spread your message.

At the end of each article is your author's resource box where you will promote your squeeze page. So as your article spreads from site to site more and more people read it you have a chance of sending those people to your squeeze page where you can sign them up to your list. Your articles can go viral at anytime so watch out.

Another way to go viral while doing your list building is to put a tell a friend script after your squeeze page so that you can get your subscribers to invite their friends to sign up for your free ebook or whatever you are offering on your squeeze page.

Just imagine if you sign up 10 people and they each tell 3 of their friends and then those 3 tell 3 of their friends and so on and so on. As you can see this form of viral marketing can get you a lot of subscribers fast. The best way to do it is to offer your subscribers an additional free gift by email if they tell 3 of their friends.

This form of viral marketing is so powerful that once you start a campaign you may not be able to stop it. That would be a good thing though. Remember that the money is in the list so the bigger your list the more of a chance you have of making money online.

The third form of viral marketing we are going to talk about is making your ebooks viral. The way to do this is to put links in your ebooks that you own or that you bought with private label rights. You would sprinkle around the ebook your links to products you recommend that are related to the topic of the ebook. You can also just putt hem at the end of the ebook or even at the beginning.

You can then put these ebooks on your squeeze page and offer them to your subscribers with give away rights. This is going to be an attractive offer to your subscribers because they will be able to then use the ebook to give away themselves on their own squeeze page.

As more and more people get your free ebook with give away rights they can then give that ebook away and as more and more people are giving away your ebook you can then cash in on the links you had put in the ebook. So other people will help you spread your ads around for you and you can then make back end income from sales from the links in your ebooks.

Whatever of these 3 methods you choose to use in your marketing efforts is up to you. You should use them all but I would recommend using at least one. So you can viral in your list building with these 3 methods, article marketing, tell a friend script or viral ebooks with give away rights.
