List Of Common Spanish Words And Phrases
1. Desnudarse – to get undressed Cuando ella estuvo en el medico ayer, tuvo que desnudarse. When she was at the doctor’s office yesterday, she had to undress. 2. La ropa – the clothes La ropa está en la lavadora. The clothes are in the washing machine. 3. La camisa – the shirt Esta camisa no me queda bien. This shirt does not fit me well. 4. Apretar – to fit tightly A ella le apretaban los pantalones The pants used to fit her tightly. 5. La blusa – blouse Esa blusa tiene una mancha de aceite. That blouse has an oil stain. 6. Los pantalones - the pants Me gustaría comprarme esos pantalones. I would like to buy myself those pants. 7. La falda – the skirt Ella compró una falda a cuadros que va a usar con la blusa rosada. She bought a checkered skirt that she is going to wear with the pink blouse. 8. La bota – the boot Las botas negras son para montar a caballo. The black boots are for horseback riding. 9. La medias – the socks El niñ o lleva medias blancas. The boy wears white socks.
