Passion leads to performance, results, and ultimately achievement. It’s the one ingredient that will push you to new heights every time. It’s not always easy to pinpoint, but when people exude passion for what they are doing, it can’t be missed. At work, they’re the ones who turn the lights on in the morning and turn them off at night. They’re always presenting new ideas and tackling the most demanding assignments. Likewise, most people unwillingly accept the fact that they should exercise three or four times a week. And they count the minutes while on the treadmill. Yet, a person who is passionate about working out will crave the gym, the hours on the elliptical machine, and the thousands of burned calories. The rewards for pursuing passion are unmistakable. Hard workers are paid well. Passionate workers are paid exceptionally well. People who exercise regularly usually have good health. Those who are passionate about going to the gym benefit from an enviable beach-ready body and more years to live. Right about now, you probably want to learn how to claim your own passion. If only it were that easy. You see, passion is one trait that can’t be faked. It can’t be practiced. Either you are passionate about your work, your health, and your relationships, or you’re not.
