Loft Conversions Could Include Shower Cubicles

Shower Enclosures could well be included in loft conversion projects as part of a renovation that turns the attic into a master bedroom.

Marc Loppas, writing for About My Area, noted that such refurbishments could certainly leave room for a spacious bathroom suite, in which people would be able to fit either an extra-large shower or a freestanding bath.

"If your current house or bungalow has a loft that is suitable for conversion, you could turn that unused space into at least one more room - perhaps even two or three," he observed.
Mr Loppas went on to note that, bathrooms aside, empty attics would be able to house a big bedroom, with plenty of space for a king-sized bed, fitted furniture and even, perhaps, a separate dressing room with a walk-in wardrobe.

This comes after Terrys Fabrics explained that the effects of the recession, paired with the difficulty in selling properties at the moment, means people are becoming more interested in interior design and renovating bathrooms.
