Looking (and Feeling) Cool With Sunglasses

Even if you don't live in some place where it's virtually summer the whole year round, it is still advisable to have at least a pair of sunglasses to up your style score to at least 6, with 10 being the perfect score. But if you already have more than one pair, good for you for it should take you up a notch to 7. And if you think sunglasses can still be worn even if the sun has sunk down into the west, all the better. You get the perfect score of 10 for, at least, knowing that sunglasses have become more than protective eyewear and that they are in fact image enhancers, mood conveyors and more importantly, weapons of choice for the fashionable.

Indeed, sunglasses have come a long way. From Nero's Roman courtyard, to the Forbidden City to the fashion runways of Paris, sunglasses have walked the major 'catwalks' on the planet throughout history. And like all things in fashion, trends in sunglasses don't totally fade into oblivion when a new trend is in. And some styles have become classics that they're never out of style. Like, say, the 'Jackie O' shades or Tom Cruise's aviators in the movie 'Top Gun'.

Truly, sunglasses have become necessary commodities for people who know how to get the most out of them. Yes, they do protect your eyes from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun but they can also make you feel good inside knowing that not only do you feel cool when you have your sunglasses on, you actually look good.
